Vinyl Lettering and Logos in Toronto and the GTA | VanWrap.ca

Vinyl lettering and logo decals are the working basics of vehicle branding. Your company name across the doors, a logo on the tailgate, a phone number and website on the rear, unit numbers on the fenders: cut from coloured vinyl or printed as decals, and applied to any vehicle you run.

It is the right starting point for most businesses. It costs a fraction of a wrap, it can be done vehicle by vehicle as your fleet grows, and it covers the information a customer actually needs: who you are, what you do, and how to reach you.

What you get

  • Cut vinyl lettering in a full range of colours, including reflective options
  • Printed logo decals for artwork with detail, shading or photographs
  • Company name, phone, website and service lines laid out to be read quickly
  • Fleet and unit numbers, safety markings and regulatory details
  • Fonts, colours and logo artwork matched to your existing branding
  • Application to doors, windows, tailgates, hoods and box panels
  • Replacement pieces later, printed or cut from your stored design files

Who it is for

New businesses putting their first vehicle on the road. Established fleets adding vehicles or replacing worn lettering. Owner-operators who need their details on a truck or van to look established and be reachable.

How it works

  1. Quote. Send the wording you need, your logo file, and the vehicle details. We price by the size and number of pieces and any artwork time.
  2. Design proof. You approve a layout showing sizes, placement and colours on your vehicle before anything is cut or printed.
  3. Print. Lettering is cut, weeded and masked. Logo decals are printed and laminated. Everything is checked against the proof.
  4. Install. Pieces are applied straight and level at our Mississauga shop. Most lettering jobs are measured in hours at the shop, not days.
  5. Pickup. We check the layout with you in daylight and explain how to wash around fresh lettering while it settles.

Questions

What information should go on my vehicle? Less than most people want. Your business name, one line about what you do, a phone number and a website is the set that gets read and remembered. Long service lists in small type are ignored in traffic; save those for the website the lettering points to.

Can you reproduce my logo exactly? Send us the file you use for print or signage and we will match it. If all you have is a low-quality image or a photo of an old vehicle, we can usually rebuild the artwork cleanly, and we will show you the rebuilt version for approval first.

Will lettering damage the paint when it comes off? No. Vinyl lettering removes with heat and leaves sound paint as it was. Old lettering that has been on for many years can leave a faint shadow where the covered paint was protected from the sun, which is a paint-age difference, not damage from the vinyl. If a vehicle is being sold or rebranded, we can remove the old set and apply the new one in the same visit.
