Home / Services / Cube Van Wraps
A cube van is a rolling billboard with a cab attached. The box gives you two huge flat walls and a rear door that fills the view of everyone behind you. A cube van wrap puts those surfaces to work with a design that can be read at highway distance, which is where these vehicles spend much of their day.
Cube vans haul furniture, freight, equipment and event gear all over the GTA, often for companies whose customers never visit a storefront. The box is the storefront. Wrapped properly, it tells people who you are and how to reach you every time it is loaded, parked or sitting in traffic.
What you get
- Printed coverage for the box sides and rear, full or partial
- Design scaled for very large flat panels and long viewing distances
- Cab doors lettered or wrapped to match the box treatment
- Rear door design planned around roll up or swing door hardware
- Proof showing box and cab together at true proportions
- Print and installation in our Mississauga shop, indoors for big panels
- Fleet matching for multiple cube vans in different box sizes
Who it is for
Movers, furniture and appliance delivery, rental and leasing fleets, caterers, event companies and wholesalers running daily routes. It also suits businesses that bought a used cube van in the wrong colour: a wrap turns a mismatched box into your livery without a paint job, and the cab can be tied in with lettering or a partial treatment.
How it works
- Quote. Send the box length and height, cab type and clear photos of both sides and the rear, including the door hardware. Panel size and rear door style shape the price.
- Design proof. We build the artwork on the box at real scale and proof the cab with it, so you judge the whole vehicle, not just a flat rectangle.
- Print. Box panels are printed in large sections, laminated and labelled, ready to join up cleanly on the vehicle.
- Install. The box and cab are washed and prepped, panels are fitted section by section, and edges around rivets, rails and door frames are finished by hand.
- Pickup. We walk the full length of the vehicle with you, check joins and rear door alignment, and go over care for large panels.
Questions
Can the rear door be wrapped if it is a roll up door? Yes, with the design planned for it. Roll up doors move panel by panel, so artwork is laid out to read correctly when the door is closed and to survive the rolling. Swing doors are simpler and can carry one continuous design.
Does the cab have to be wrapped too? No. Many cube vans run a fully wrapped box with simple lettering on the cab doors, which keeps the branding cost where the space is. If the cab colour clashes badly with the box design, we will show you options on the proof.
What condition does the box need to be in? Clean, solid and dry. Dented panels, loose rivets and failing paint need repair first, because vinyl follows every defect and large panels show them clearly. Send photos and we will tell you what matters.
