Home / Services / Full Sprinter Wrap
A Sprinter gives you the biggest canvas of any van on the road. Tall sides, long panels and a high rear door pair mean your design can be read from across a parking lot. A full Sprinter wrap uses all of it, wrapping the painted body in one continuous printed design.
Because the panels are so large, a Sprinter wrap is printed and fitted in sections, and the joins are planned where the eye will not catch them. Sprinters work hard in this city as delivery vans, shuttle vehicles, mobile workshops and camper conversions. Full coverage suits all of them, but the design has to respect the vehicle: long panels need artwork that will not distort, and tall sides need type sized for real viewing distance, not screen distance.
What you get
- Full printed coverage planned for your roof height and wheelbase
- Design that flows across the long side panels without awkward breaks
- Oversized name and contact treatment the Sprinter's size allows
- Rear door design built for highway and city traffic behind you
- Perforated window film options for rear and side glass in the layout
- Panel by panel proof at full vehicle scale before printing
- Large format print, lamination and fitting in our Mississauga shop
Who it is for
Delivery and logistics operators, trades running Sprinter crews, shuttle and service companies, and camper owners who want a proper finish instead of plain white. Fleets with several Sprinters benefit most from full coverage, since matching artwork can be templated once and repeated on each van, whatever its wheelbase.
How it works
- Quote. Send the Sprinter year, roof height, wheelbase and photos of both sides and the rear. Panel sizes drive the price, so we confirm the exact version first.
- Design proof. Your artwork is laid out on the correct Sprinter template and proofed in full, including how graphics cross the sliding door and rear hinges.
- Print. Panels are printed in large sections, laminated and labelled by position, so the design lines up when it reaches the vehicle.
- Install. The van is washed and prepped, and our crew fits the tall panels in sequence, checking alignment across doors and seams as they go.
- Pickup. We inspect the long joins and edges with you under good light and go over washing notes for a vehicle this size.
Questions
Does roof height or wheelbase change the job? Yes. A high roof long wheelbase Sprinter carries far more vinyl than a standard roof short version, and the artwork has to be built for the right template. That is why we confirm the exact version before quoting.
Can the design cross the sliding door? It can, and on a Sprinter it usually should, since the sliding door is a large part of the side. We plan the artwork so important words and faces do not land on the door gap, handle or track.
What about Sprinter campers and conversions? They wrap the same way, with extra care around added vents, windows, awnings and fittings. Send photos of every side so additions are part of the plan, not a surprise on install day.
