Partial Van Wrap in Toronto and the GTA

A partial van wrap covers part of the vehicle and lets the factory paint do the rest of the work. Printed panels might run along both sides, across the rear doors, or in a band that carries your logo and phone number. The uncovered colour becomes the background, so the design is planned around the van you already have.

This is a practical route to a branded work van. You get the advertising space that matters most, the sides and the rear, without paying to cover areas that add little. On a clean, common colour like white, silver or black, a partial layout can look every bit as deliberate as a full wrap.

What you get

  • Printed panels sized to the areas that earn their keep
  • Design built around your van's existing paint colour
  • Logo, services, phone and website placed on the covered sections
  • Option to add cut lettering on doors, hood or rear glass surround
  • Digital proof showing covered and uncovered areas clearly
  • Print and installation in house in Mississauga
  • A layout that can be extended to fuller coverage later

Who it is for

New businesses branding their first van, owners with a newer vehicle whose paint is worth showing, and fleets that need a consistent look at a controlled cost per unit. Partial coverage is also easier to repair in sections. If one panel is scuffed in a parking lot scrape, that panel can be reprinted and refitted on its own. It also suits leased vans, where a smaller, simpler installation is easier to remove at return time. If your van colour is unusual, we will tell you honestly whether a partial design can work with it.

How it works

  1. Quote. Send the van model, its colour and clear photos. We suggest the coverage areas that give the strongest result on that vehicle.
  2. Design proof. You see the layout on your van's colour, including exactly where graphics stop and paint begins, before you approve anything.
  3. Print. The approved panels are printed, laminated and cut to the planned shapes in our Mississauga shop.
  4. Install. The van is cleaned, the covered areas are prepped, and panels and lettering are fitted and edged by hand.
  5. Pickup. We check the borders between vinyl and paint with you and explain washing around panel edges.

Questions

How much of the van should I cover? Enough to carry your name, what you do and how to call you, on both sides and the rear. For most work vans that means the main side panels and rear doors. We will show you options on the proof so you can compare.

Will the covered and uncovered parts age differently? Paint under vinyl is shielded from sun and road wear, while exposed paint is not. On older vans a slight difference can show after removal years later. On newer vans in good condition it is rarely an issue.

Can a partial wrap become a full wrap later? Yes. Because your artwork is kept on file, added panels can be printed to match the existing design when you are ready for more coverage.
