Trailers get the glory for size, but the tractor is the part of the rig people stand next to: at the dock, at the fuel island, in the next lane. A wrapped cab puts your company name at eye level in all of those places, and it is the half of the rig that stays with you when trailers swap.
We wrap semi-truck cabs at our Mississauga shop, from door lettering on a working day cab to full custom wraps on sleeper tractors. Fleets use cab wraps to keep tractors consistent with their trailer graphics. Owner-operators use them to make one truck unmistakably theirs.
What you get
- Coverage for doors, hood, fenders, sleeper sides and the roof fairing
- Fleet branding matched to your trailer artwork, colours and type
- Full custom designs for owner-operators, including colour changes
- Lettering packages where a working cab needs name, number and authority details only
- Day cab and sleeper layouts, each planned around tanks, steps, stacks and storage boxes
- Panels printed and laminated for long highway miles and pressure-washer country
- Installation planned around the truck's schedule at our Mississauga shop
Who it is for
Carriers branding a fleet, and owner-operators running under their own name. A fleet cab wrap works because tractors and trailers separate constantly; each piece has to carry the identity on its own, and the cab is where the company name belongs. For an owner-operator, the cab is the business card, seen by shippers and brokers at every pickup.
Design for a cab is different from design for a trailer. The surfaces are smaller and broken up by windows, stacks and tanks, so we keep the layout bold and simple: name large, colours strong, details where a standing reader can use them.
How it works
- Quote. Send the tractor's year, make and model, cab type, and photos. Tell us if trailer graphics need to match.
- Design proof. We lay the design over your cab's profile, around windows, exhaust and tanks, and send it for approval.
- Print. Panels print to fit the cab sections and are laminated for life on the highway.
- Install. The cab is washed and prepped panel by panel. Hardware areas are trimmed by hand as the film goes on.
- Pickup. We walk the cab with you, check every edge around handles and hinges, and go over washing and care.
Questions
Can you wrap just the tractor and leave our trailers alone? Yes, that is the most common way fleets do it. The cab carries the company identity, and trailers keep whatever graphics they already run.
Will the cab match our existing trailer designs? Send us the trailer artwork or clear photos and measurements, and we build the cab design from the same colours, type and logo so the rig reads as one company when it is hooked up.
What about the sleeper and the roof fairing? Both can be wrapped. The sleeper sides are the biggest flat area on a cab, and the fairing is prime space: it is the part drivers in cars see most, sitting at their eye level in traffic.
