Tractor Trailer Wraps

A tractor trailer wrap treats the rig as one job: the cab gets wrapped, the trailer gets its graphics, and the two are designed together so the unit rolling down the highway reads as a single, deliberate picture. It is the biggest canvas in commercial driving, and it works every mile the truck works.

We design, print and install complete rig wraps at our Mississauga shop for carriers and private fleets across Toronto and the GTA. Some fleets wrap everything. Others wrap the cabs and run big printed panels on the trailers. Either way the artwork comes from one set of files, so every combination your dispatchers build still looks right.

What you get

  • Cab wrap and trailer graphics planned from one master design
  • Full trailer side coverage, or large printed panels where full coverage is not needed
  • Rear door graphics carrying name and contact details to following traffic
  • Branding that survives swapping: each unit carries the full identity on its own
  • Panel files kept on record, so a damaged section can be reprinted to match
  • Design, print and installation under one roof in Mississauga

Who it is for

Carriers and fleets whose tractors and trailers mix and match daily. That swapping is exactly why rig branding needs a plan: the tractor must say whose it is with any trailer behind it, and the trailer has to advertise properly behind any tractor. Fleets launching a new look use a full rig wrap to set the standard every later unit follows.

It also suits a company running a campaign on its own equipment, a product launch, a new division, a recruitment push on the rear doors, where the trailer fleet is the medium and the message changes by season.

How it works

  1. Quote. Send the tractor details and trailer type and dimensions, with photos of the units you want done first.
  2. Design proof. We design the rig hooked up, cab and trailer in one view, and also show each unit alone, since that is how they will often be seen.
  3. Print. Cab panels and trailer panels print from the same artwork files and are laminated for the road.
  4. Install. Units come through the shop as your schedule allows, and each is washed, prepped and wrapped in turn.
  5. Pickup. Each finished unit is walked with you, and the artwork stays on file so the next tractor or trailer matches exactly.

Questions

Our tractors and trailers swap constantly. How does the branding stay consistent? By giving every unit the complete identity. The cab carries the company name and colours on its own, and the trailer carries the full message on its own, so any pairing your yard builds still looks like one fleet.

Can a damaged section be replaced without redoing the whole trailer? Yes. We keep the print files, so a scraped side panel or a repaired door can be reprinted and replaced on its own, matched to the original colours.

Do we have to wrap the whole fleet at once? No. Most fleets roll units through as routes and downtime allow. Because the artwork is stored, the tenth unit wrapped matches the first, whenever it comes in.
