Home / Services / Van Lettering and Decals
Van lettering is the simplest form of vehicle branding. Your company name, logo, phone number and services are cut from solid colour vinyl and applied directly to the doors, side panels and rear of the van. There is no printed background. The paint is the background, and the lettering does the talking.
It is quick to produce, easy to read and easy to update. Add a vehicle, change a phone number or add a service line, and the lettering can be adjusted without redoing the whole vehicle. For many small fleets, clean lettering on every van looks sharper than one loud wrap and five plain ones.
What you get
- Cut vinyl lettering in your choice of stocked colours
- Company name and logo sized for doors and side panels
- Phone, website, email and service lines set in readable type
- Rear door layout, the panel other drivers stare at in traffic
- Small decals for unit numbers, certifications or trade logos
- Layout proof before cutting, so spacing and sizes are settled
- Professional installation, or careful prep for fleet consistency
Who it is for
Trades and service companies that need identification more than decoration: contractors, locksmiths, appliance repair, couriers and municipal suppliers. Lettering also suits businesses with rules about vehicle appearance, and owners who lease their vans and want branding that comes off cleanly. If customers need to trust the van at their door, clear lettering does that job.
How it works
- Quote. Send the van model, the wording you need and your logo if you have one. We price by the amount of lettering and the number of vehicles.
- Design proof. We set the wording on a drawing of your van at true size. You check spelling, phone numbers and placement before anything is cut.
- Print. Lettering and decals are cut, weeded and masked in our Mississauga shop. Nothing is printed in this step unless your layout includes a printed decal.
- Install. Panels are cleaned and marked, and each line is applied level and spaced as proofed, then checked from a distance.
- Pickup. You review the van with us, confirm every number character by character, and you are ready for the road.
Questions
How long does vinyl lettering last? Quality cut vinyl is made for outdoor vehicle use and holds up for years in Ontario weather when it is washed normally. We will show you the care basics at pickup, mainly around pressure washers and wax on edges.
Can you match my brand colours and fonts? In most cases, yes. Stocked vinyl colours cover the common brand palettes, and we set text in your font when you can supply it. If an exact match needs printed vinyl instead, we will say so at the proof stage.
Can lettering be removed or changed later? Yes. Cut vinyl removes with heat and care, which is why lettering is popular for leased vans and growing fleets. Old lettering on aged paint can leave a faint shadow, and we will flag that risk on older vehicles.
