Straight Truck Wrap

A straight truck carries its cab and cargo box on one frame, and that single unit is what makes the design work so well. One picture can run from the front doors all the way down the box, so the truck reads as a single branded vehicle instead of a cab pulling somebody else's trailer.

Because the cab and box never separate, nothing in the design has to compromise for a trailer swap down the road.

We wrap straight trucks at our Mississauga shop for delivery fleets, moving companies, couriers and stores that run their own trucks. Boxes range from short city bodies to full 26 ft lengths, and the same design can be carried across all of them so a mixed fleet still looks like one company.

What you get

  • A single design flowing from cab doors onto the cargo box
  • Full box coverage, or partial panels and lettering where the budget points that way
  • Rear door graphics for swing doors or roll-up doors
  • Artwork re-laid for each box length, so different trucks in the fleet match
  • Printed film with laminate, applied over seams, hinges and hardware
  • Design, print and installation handled by one crew in Mississauga

Who it is for

Businesses that deliver: furniture and appliance stores, movers, food and beverage distributors, courier and logistics operators, and rental fleets. A straight truck spends its day in neighbourhoods and at docks, parked where customers can actually read it, which is exactly where a clear name and number pay off.

It also suits a company replacing an aging fleet look. Older trucks with faded paint present far better under film, and a consistent wrap makes a five-year-old truck and a new one read as equals.

How it works

  1. Quote. Send the cab type, box length and height, and photos of the truck. We price the coverage you pick.
  2. Design proof. We build the design on the full side profile, cab and box together, and send it for your approval and changes.
  3. Print. Panels print sized to the box sections and cab, then are laminated for outdoor use.
  4. Install. The truck is washed down, surfaces are prepped, and film goes on section by section, including the rear doors.
  5. Pickup. We walk the whole side with you, check the doors work as they should, and explain washing and care.

Questions

Can one design really run from the cab onto the box? Yes. We template the cab and box as one profile, so lines, colour blocks and lettering line up across the gap between them. The two parts are printed separately but designed as a single picture.

My rear door is a roll-up. Can it be wrapped? Yes. The film is cut slat by slat so the door still rolls, and from a few steps back the design reads whole. Swing doors are simpler: they take graphics like any flat panel.

Our fleet has three different box lengths. Will they match? Yes. The master artwork is laid out again for each length, keeping the name, colours and layout in the same proportions, so a 16 ft and a 26 ft truck still look like brothers.
