Partial Vehicle Wraps in Toronto and the GTA | VanWrap.ca

A partial vehicle wrap covers part of the car and lets the paint do the rest. A black roof on a white sedan, a wrapped hood and mirrors, printed door panels with your business name, a full rear end that drivers behind you cannot miss: coverage is chosen panel by panel.

Done well, a partial wrap looks like a design, not a compromise. It is how many businesses brand a car properly without paying for a full wrap, and how many private owners change a car's character with two or three panels. The wrapped panels are protected from chips and sun while they are covered, which is a quiet bonus on the parts of a car that usually show wear first.

What you get

  • Any combination of panels: roof, hood, trunk, doors, fenders, bumpers
  • Black roof and mirror packages that change a car's stance in one visit
  • Printed advertising panels designed around your paint colour
  • Colour blocking and two-tone work using the factory finish as a base
  • Premium cast vinyl, printed and laminated for outdoor use
  • Panel edges placed on body lines so transitions look planned
  • Small accent work counts too: mirrors, handles, spoilers and trim pieces
  • Design files kept on record if you extend coverage later

Who it is for

Businesses that want a branded car at a partial-wrap budget. Drivers who like their paint colour but want contrast or graphics added. Anyone testing the waters before committing to a full wrap.

How it works

  1. Quote. Tell us the vehicle and which panels you are considering. If you are not sure, say what you want the car to do and we will suggest coverage.
  2. Design proof. The proof shows your car in its real colour with the wrapped panels in place, so the balance of paint and film is clear before we start.
  3. Print. Your panels are printed and laminated, or cut from solid colour film, and checked before install day.
  4. Install. The car is prepped and the chosen panels are wrapped in our Mississauga shop, with edges finished cleanly against the paint.
  5. Pickup. We review the transitions and finished panels with you and explain care for the film edges.

Questions

How much of the car should I wrap? Enough to carry the design. For advertising, doors and the rear of the car usually earn the most attention. For styling, the roof, hood and mirrors change the look the most. We will tell you honestly if a plan needs one more panel to look finished.

Will the paint and the film age differently? Both change slowly in the sun. Quality film is made to hold colour outdoors, and because your paint under the film is protected, a difference can show if the film is removed after many years. It is one reason partial designs often cover the hardest-hit panels like the roof and hood.

Can a partial wrap become a full wrap later? Yes. We keep your files, and the remaining panels can be printed to match. Matching is closest when the jobs are done near each other, since film on the vehicle weathers over time.
