Custom Bus Wraps in Toronto and the GTA | VanWrap.ca

A bus is the largest moving sign most businesses will ever own. A custom bus wrap turns those long, flat sides into branding that reads from across a parking lot: your name, your colours and your message, working every route, charter and school run.

We wrap coaches, shuttle buses, tour and charter buses, community and church buses, and hire vehicles used for weddings and events. The design is scaled to the vehicle, worked around windows, doors, hatches and vents, and printed in sections that line up across the whole side of the bus.

What you get

  • Full side and rear designs scaled to your bus, not stretched from a smaller template
  • Perforated window film where graphics cross the glass, so passengers still see out
  • Branding for fleets of one: charters, shuttles, schools, teams and community groups
  • Event and hire wraps for weddings, tours and promotions
  • Premium cast vinyl in sections, seams placed along panel breaks
  • Colour and logo matching to the rest of your fleet or printed materials
  • School, team, route and sponsor lettering worked into the main design
  • Rear design that speaks to the traffic following the bus

Who it is for

Charter and tour operators whose buses are their storefront. Hotels, schools, teams and community organisations running shuttles. Event and wedding hire companies that sell the look of the vehicle as part of the day. A single wrapped bus is also a reasonable first step for a small operator: it tests the design on the road before the rest of the fleet follows.

How it works

  1. Quote. Tell us the bus type, length and what the wrap needs to say. Photos and measurements of the actual bus help us price the job properly.
  2. Design proof. The design is proved at scale on a template of your bus, windows and doors included, for your approval before printing.
  3. Print. Sections are printed, laminated and numbered in order, and checked against the proof before install begins.
  4. Install. The bus is washed and prepped, and panels go on in sequence in our Mississauga shop, aligned across doors, hatches and window lines.
  5. Pickup. We walk the full length of the bus with you, checking seams and edges, and go over washing for a vehicle of this size.

Questions

Can the graphics go over the windows? Yes, with perforated window film. From outside, the design continues across the glass. From inside, passengers see out through the perforations. Solid film is not used on windows passengers need to see through.

How long does a bus stay off the road? It depends on the size of the bus and how much coverage you choose. A bus is a big job, and we will give you a clear schedule before you commit, so charters and routes can be planned around it.

Do you wrap just one bus? Yes. One bus is a normal job, and several are handled one at a time so your operation keeps running. If more buses join the fleet later, the same design files are used so they match.
