53 Ft Trailer Wrap

Fifty-three feet of trailer side is the largest advertising surface most companies will ever control, and it travels. A wrapped dry van works the highway, sits visible at docks and yards, and parks in plain sight at customer sites. Few signs anywhere near its size cost as little per look.

We print and install 53 ft trailer wraps at our Mississauga shop for logistics fleets, manufacturers shipping their own goods, and carriers across Toronto and the GTA. Choose full side coverage for the complete picture, or large partial panels when the trailer only needs to carry a name and a message.

What you get

  • Full side prints that use the whole 53 ft, designed as one continuous picture
  • Partial options: side panels, an upper band, or graphics concentrated at the rear half
  • Rear door design included in the plan, not treated as an afterthought
  • Type and phone numbers sized for highway distance and closing speeds
  • Film fitted over rivets, seams, hinges and reflective tape areas
  • Artwork stored for reprints, repairs and the next trailers in the fleet

Who it is for

Fleets with trailers that run the 401 and the QEW daily, and companies whose trailers sit at customer docks where other carriers and shippers see them. A parked wrapped trailer at a busy yard keeps presenting your name to exactly the industry audience that books freight.

It also works for campaigns. Some carriers wrap trailers for a product launch or a season, run them, and strip the film when the campaign ends, leaving the trailer ready for the next design. The trailer is the medium; the wrap is how often you can change what it says.

How it works

  1. Quote. Send the trailer make, year and side material, with photos of both sides and the rear doors.
  2. Design proof. We lay the design out at full trailer scale and show both sides and the doors, so you approve what traffic will actually see.
  3. Print. Side panels print in sections matched to the install plan and are laminated for highway use.
  4. Install. The trailer is washed and degreased, panels go on section by section, and every rivet line and edge is set by hand.
  5. Pickup. We walk both sides and the doors with you and explain care, including washing around hinges and reflective tape.

Questions

What reads best on a trailer this size? Less than you think, bigger than you think. A name people can read at speed, one short line about what you do or haul, and a phone number and website in type sized for the highway. Fine detail disappears at 100 km/h.

Should the rear doors be wrapped too? Yes. The doors are the only part of the trailer seen straight-on, by every driver who follows you, sometimes for an hour at a stretch. Name, number and one clear line there is some of the hardest-working space on the rig.

Can the wrap come off when the trailer is sold or a campaign ends? Yes. Film removes with heat and patience, and a trailer that was wrapped early in life usually shows clean paint underneath, because the wrap took the weather instead of the paint.
