About VanWrap.ca

VanWrap.ca is the vehicle wrapping side of A1A Signs and Graphics in Mississauga, wrapping vans, trucks and fleets for businesses across Toronto and the GTA.

VanWrap.ca is the vehicle wrapping side of A1A Signs and Graphics Inc. The shop sits at 1445 Bonhill Road Unit 15 in Mississauga, and the work is what the name says: vans first, wrapped for businesses across Toronto and the GTA, with trucks, trailers and fleets right behind them.

A1A is a sign and graphics shop, so the wrap work grew out of the same trade. The people here design vehicle graphics, print them on large format equipment and fit them by hand. That combination is the whole story of the business: a customer can walk in with a plain white cargo van and drive out with a finished, branded vehicle, without the job ever leaving the building.

One roof for the whole job

Many wrap jobs pass through three sets of hands: a designer somewhere, a print shop somewhere else and an installer who has never spoken to either of them. Here the three sit in the same shop. The designer knows how the film behaves on a sliding door because the installer works twenty feet away, and the proof you approve is printed by the people who watched you approve it.

That matters most when something needs adjusting. A phone number has to move off a panel seam, a colour needs to sit differently against the factory paint, a second van in the fleet is a different model than the first. Those conversations happen in minutes here, not over days of forwarded emails.

Because the parent shop makes signs and graphics as well, the vehicle work connects to the rest of a business's branding. The logo on the van can match the storefront sign, the decals can match the business cards, and one shop keeps the files for all of it.

Who we wrap for

Trades and service businesses are the heart of the work: plumbers, electricians, HVAC companies, landscapers, cleaners, delivery operators and contractors whose vans are seen in residential streets all day.

Fleets come for consistency. One design is built, kept on file and applied vehicle after vehicle, whether the fleet grows by two vans this year or twenty.

Food truck operators treat the wrap as their storefront, because for them it is one. Private owners bring Jeeps, SUVs and boats when the job is about the vehicle itself rather than advertising.

How we work

Every job starts with a conversation about the vehicle and what it needs to do. If you have artwork, we check it against the real panels. If you have only a logo, our designers build the layout and send you a proof drawn on your vehicle's shape. Nothing is printed before you approve that proof.

On install day the vehicle is washed and prepped, panels go on in order, and edges are trimmed and sealed as part of finishing. Before pickup we walk the vehicle with you. And when a wrap reaches the end of its life, or a vehicle is being sold or handed back, we remove film as well, so the paint underneath goes back to work.

The work so far

The counters on the old version of this site kept score, and the totals still describe the shop fairly: more than 300 vans wrapped, over 200 trucks, more than 300 Jeeps and SUVs, over 100 cube vans and over 100 boats. Most of those vehicles are still working within an hour of the shop, which is the advertising that brings the next van in.
